All products have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You love it, or you get your money back. It's just that simple. So you have nothing to lose by giving my books and other cool stuff a try! :)
And if you're in the U.S., I even pay for the return shipping. (Because it's not much of a 30-day guarantee if you still have to pay the cost of shipping the thing back, right? That's how confident I am that you are going to love what I send you.)
First, email me using the Contact Alex page and let me know that you would like to return an item, so I can set up your return and (if you are in the U.S.) get you a paid shipping label for your return.
If you are located in the United States, I will then pay for your return shipping by emailing you a label for you to print and attach to your package. You must use the label I provide if you wish to take advantage of the free return shipping.
To return your product, you should then mail it in its original packaging to: 584 Castro Street #548, San Francisco CA 94114, United States.
If you live outside the U.S., you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded.
(Sorry, I know that's not awesome, but that's just how it has to be. I exclusively use the United States Postal Service to ship my packages/create the return labels. And, as I'm sure you know. international shipping costs are crazy.)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to let you know that I have received your returned item.
If you have notified me in advance and returned the item within 30 days of receipt, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of my receipt of the return.
No hassles, you'll get your money back, and you'll also have my thanks for giving my work a shot!
